Lead email. If you submit the guided transaction form, we store the email address you enter so we can reply about availability. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before entering a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

Website analytics. We record an event name, page path, event properties and timestamps. We set no cookies, and we do not store IP addresses, visitor IDs or session IDs, so these records are not intended to identify you. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in seeing which parts of the site are used (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Analytics are on by default and you can turn them off below, which also serves as your right to object.

Recipients. Cloudflare hosts this site and stores both the lead and analytics records. When the form is submitted we send ourselves a notification email, but it contains only a reference number and a timestamp, never your address. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising.

International transfers. Records are stored by Cloudflare in its Western Europe region. Cadabra Systems Ltd is established in Israel, which the European Commission recognises as providing an adequate level of protection for personal data, so access from Israel needs no additional safeguard. Where Cloudflare processes data outside the EEA as our processor, that is covered by the standard contractual clauses in its data processing addendum, a copy of which you can request from us.

Retention. We keep lead emails for 24 months from submission, which reflects how long a trade enquiry may take to mature, and analytics records for 14 months, which allows a year-on-year comparison. Records past those periods are deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

Your rights. You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and you can object to processing. Email hi@cadabrasystems.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority where you live or work.

We do not use automated decision making or profiling.
